Born in Portugal, Germano Rocha learned to play the guitar and sing while he was studying.
He has made numerous tours throughout Europe, Africa and North America. At one time Germano was invited by the Quebec government to participate in many radio and TV shows, including conferences on poetry and Portuguese music.
He has recorded albums at world class studios as Polydor, Barclay, CBS, Alvorada RCA, RGE, and Venevox and he has been chosen as the public image for product promotion in Portugal, including its airline "TAP".
